3. Once enough oil has melted for a massage, blow out the candle. The ideal amount for one person is about a tablespoon of oil.

4. Let the candle cool slightly and check the oil temperature with your fingers.

5. Pour a small amount of melted oil into your palms and massage it into your hands, cuticles, and nails. Wipe off any excess with a tissue.

6. The oil can also be used for body massages, offering deep and soothing skin care.

7. Remove any remaining excess oil with a tissue.
