The ULKA Mercury 2V dry heat sterilizer is used for sterilizing instruments belonging to nail technicians, podiatrists, eyebrow specialists, hairdressers, tattoo artists, and piercers. Under the influence of hot air circulating within the chamber, all potential pathogens are destroyed, including fungi, viruses, bacteria, and other microorganisms.

The ULKA Mercury 2V dry heat sterilizer is ideal for specialists working in private practice, small salons, or at home. This device helps maintain high hygiene standards. Regular thermal treatment of instruments protects clients from potential infections.

The ULKA Mercury 2V features vertical loading and can accommodate up to 3 large or 6 small kraft bags. The set includes two bag holders and tweezers.
There are 3 sterilization programs:

• 200 °C — 30 minutes
• 180 °C — 60 minutes
• 160 °C — 150 minutes

The selected temperature and time are shown on the digital display. The operating temperature is reached within 8–10 minutes after switching on.
To open the lid, simply press the button for the electric lock — the heavy lid opens automatically. In the event of a power failure, the lid can be opened manually using an emergency mechanism at the top of the device.

The dry heat sterilizer is certified in Ukraine and meets all standards for high-temperature instrument processing.

Usage

1. Write the name of the instruments, date, and time of sterilization on the kraft bags. Place the dry instruments inside, seal the bags properly, and record the information in the safety logbook.
2. Place the bags in the sterilizer, select the program, and start the process. Do not touch or open the device during operation.
3. After completion, wait for the device to cool down, remove the bags, and check the color indicator. Open the bags in the presence of the client to confirm sterility.
4. Place the sterilizer on a stable, dry, level surface, away from water, open flames, or flammable materials.
5. Only metal or glass instruments may be sterilized at high temperatures.
6. Plastic, rubber, textiles, or cotton wool should not be sterilized.
7. Regularly check the power cord and plug for damage. In case of defects, contact a service center.
8. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself. Switch it off in case of malfunctions and do not use it until the problem is resolved.
