Perform a clean manicure and gentle prep (preferably with a soft file, not a buffer)
Only apply to healthy, non-damaged nails
Ensure a free edge thickness of at least 1 mm
For soft or flexible nails, file underneath to prevent lifting; seal the filed area with a non-sticky top coat
Remove the old product, perform the manicure, and keep the nail length
Prepare and disinfect the nail with Nail Prep PNB
Apply a very thin base layer of 4 in 1 BIAB Gel PNB with rubbing motions and cure for 60 seconds
Reinforce the free edge using the "side wall" technique:
Apply from stress zone 1 through the growth points to stress zone 2
Ensure the perimeter edge is 1.5 mm thick
These zones endure the most pressure as the nail grows
Apply a modeling layer of gel, filling in side walls and creating proper structure
Cure for 90–120 seconds in half-power mode
Remove the sticky layer with Gel Cleanser PNB and file the length
Apply gel polish or nail art (optional)
Finish with Express / Protect / Powder / Shock / Art Top PNB
This BIAB formula does not rely on aggressive adhesion promoters. Adhesion is achieved through proper structure and thickness in stress areas. Using the "side wall" technique is essential for long-lasting results without primer.
You may also use 4 in 1 BIAB Gel PNB in your usual bottle gel strengthening techniques if used with primer and an elastic base layer underneath.
