This gel strengthening formula is applied directly to the natural nail to support healthy growth and reduce the risk of breakage. Perform a clean manicure and gently prep the nail (preferably with a soft file, not a buffer)
Only apply to healthy, undamaged nails
Ensure the free edge thickness is at least 1 mm
For soft or flexible nails, file the underside to prevent lifting, then seal the filed area with a non-sticky top coat
Remove the old coating and perform a manicure without shortening the nail
Prepare and disinfect the nail with Nail Prep PNB
Apply a very thin layer (base) of 4 in 1 BIAB Gel PNB with rubbing motions and cure for 60 seconds
Reinforce the free edge using the “side wall” technique
Distribute the gel from stress zone 1 through the growth points to stress zone 2
Make sure the free edge has a consistent thickness of 1.5 mm
Stress zones are the areas of the nail most affected by pressure during growth
Apply a modeling layer to build architecture and fill in the side walls
Use half power mode on your lamp and cure for 90–120 seconds
Remove the sticky layer with Gel Cleanser PNB and file the length if needed
Apply gel polish and nail art if desired
Finish with Express / Protect / Powder / Shock / Art Top PNB
This BIAB formula does not contain aggressive adhesive components. Adhesion is achieved through the proper volume of material in stress zones. That’s why the "side wall" technique is essential when working without primer.
You can also use 4 in 1 BIAB Gel PNB in your standard bottled gel techniques, provided you use a primer and an elastic base underneath.

Apply a thin base layer of 4 in 1 BIAB Gel PNB using rubbing motions and cure for 60 seconds
Reinforce the free edge using the side wall technique, ensuring 1.5 mm thickness around the perimeter
Apply a modeling layer to build the desired structure and cure for 90–120 seconds in half-power mode
Remove the sticky layer with Gel Cleanser PNB and adjust length if necessary
Apply gel polish and/or create nail art (optional)
Seal with Express / Protect / Powder / Shock / Art Top PNB
