How to Use – Standard Hard Gel Overlay Technique:

1. Perform a dry manicure and prepare the nail plate (preferably with a soft file, not a buffer)

2. Only apply to healthy, non-damaged nails

3. Ensure the free edge is at least 1 mm thick

4. For soft or flexible nails, file the underside of the nail slightly to prevent lifting, then seal with a non-sticky top coat

How to Use – “Stress Line” Reinforcement Technique:

1. Remove old product and do not cut the nail length

2. Prepare and disinfect the nail using Nail Prep PNB

3. Apply a very thin layer of 4 in 1 BIAB Gel PNB using a rubbing motion, cure for 60 seconds

4. Reinforce the free edge using the "stress line" technique:

   • Distribute the gel from stress zone 1 to zone 2, including the growth points

   • Ensure 1.5 mm thickness around the entire edge

   • These zones are where nails experience the most pressure during wear

5. Apply a modelling layer to build structure and fill in sidewalls

6. Cure for 90–120 seconds using half power mode on your lamp

7. Remove the sticky layer with Gel Cleanser PNB, file the length if needed

8. Finish with gel polish and top coat (optional): use Express / Protect / Powder / Shock / Art Top PNB

Important Notes:

• This BIAB system does not contain harsh adhesion-promoting ingredients. Adhesion is achieved through proper product volume in stress zones, so the stress line technique is essential when working without primer.

• You may still use 4 in 1 BIAB Gel PNB with your regular gel overlay techniques if you include a primer and elastic base layer underneath.
