This type of gel reinforcement is applied directly to the natural nail to encourage growth and reduce the risk of breakage. Perform a clean manicure and prep the nail with a soft file rather than a buffer
Only apply to healthy, undamaged nails
Ensure the free edge has a thickness of at least 1 mm
For soft or flexible nails, file slightly underneath to prevent lifting, and seal the filed area with a non-sticky top coat
Remove the old coating and perform a manicure without trimming the length
Prepare and disinfect the nail using Nail Prep PNB
Apply a very thin base layer of 4 in 1 BIAB Gel PNB with rubbing motions and cure for 60 seconds
Reinforce the free edge using the “side wall” technique
Distribute 4 in 1 BIAB Gel PNB from stress zone 1 and the growth points to stress zone 2
Make sure the thickness around the entire free edge is 1.5 mm
Stress zones are the areas of the nail that bear the most pressure during growth
Apply a modelling layer to fill the side walls and build the necessary architecture
Cure for 90–120 seconds in half-power mode
Remove the sticky layer using Gel Cleanser PNB and file the length if needed
Apply gel polish and design if desired
Finish with Express / Protect / Powder / Shock / Art Top PNB
This BIAB formula does not contain aggressive adhesion ingredients. Adhesion is achieved through proper volume and structure in stress zones, so using the side wall technique is essential when working without a primer.
You may also use 4 in 1 BIAB Gel PNB in your usual gel-in-a-bottle reinforcement techniques, as long as you include a primer and elastic base underneath.

Apply a thin base layer of 4 in 1 BIAB Gel PNB with rubbing motions and cure for 60 seconds
Reinforce the free edge using the “side wall” technique
Distribute the gel from stress zone 1 through the growth points to stress zone 2, keeping a 1.5 mm thickness around the perimeter
Apply a modelling layer to build structure and fill side walls. Cure in half-power mode for 90–120 seconds
Remove the sticky layer using Gel Cleanser PNB and adjust the length
Apply colour gel polish and/or nail art as desired
Seal with Express / Protect / Powder / Shock / Art Top PNB
