UV/LED Powder Top Cashmere effect recommendation:

Perform standard nail preparation before applying PNB UV/LED gel polish: degrease the nail plate with PNB Nail Dehydrator, then apply PNB Bond Control acid-free primer.
Cover the nails with one of the PNB base coats: UV/LED ExtraPRO Base, Base Coat, Bio Base, or Titanium Base/Top Coat 2-in-1. Cure in a UV lamp for 2 minutes, or in UV/LED lamps for 60 seconds. If necessary, remove the residual sticky layer with PNB Gel Cleanser.
Apply two layers of colored PNB UV/LED gel polish, curing each layer.
Then apply a thin layer of PNB Powder Top Cashmere effect, sealing the free edge and sides of the nail. Cure in a UV lamp for 2 minutes, or in UV/LED lamps for 60 seconds.
After curing, remove the sticky layer with a cotton pad (or your preferred tool) moistened with PNB Gel Cleanser.

When using light shades of colored gel polish, we recommend initially applying a PNB top coat with a sticky layer (UV/LED ExtraPRO Top / Top Coat / Titanium Base/Top Coat 2-in-1) and, without removing the sticky layer, applying the PNB Powder Top Cashmere effect matte top coat.
